Project implementation using European Funds
Project title:
Grant awarded for specialist consultancy services under the SPEKTRUM 2030 programme
Tasks:
Project cost estimation and tender valuation
Project cost estimation and tender valuation
Consultancy on cost estimation will bring about a lasting organisational and process change for CES System, as it will standardise one of the most important processes – tendering. It is envisaged that specialist consultancy will be obtained regarding the automatic processing of project documentation. The outcome of implementing the SUD will be the acquisition of specialist knowledge to prepare various cost estimate variants, reducing the number of errors (corrections), possessing the knowledge to make changes to cost estimates during task implementation, and accelerating the preparation of tenders. The benefits of implementing SUD will include: automating the cost estimation process, cost estimate templates, establishing a cost estimation methodology, staff knowledge acquisition, saving time and resources, reducing the risk of errors or efficiently rectifying them at every stage of execution, utilising historical and market data, and increasing the company’s competitiveness.
Legal advice
Legal consultancy, including advice on the possibility of splitting the company, information security and employment matters, will bring about a lasting organisational and procedural change for CES System, as it may result in the company being split or in another solution aimed at diversifying risk and dividing operations. The implementation of data security principles (some contracts are classified) involves establishing permanent procedures and regulations, whilst the SUD’s regulation of employment matters regarding necessary changes and the digitisation of documents (e-documents, e-personnel files) is essential alongside the expansion of operations and the rapid growth in the number of employees, as well as subcontractors and contractors. Implementing the SUD’s recommendations will enable an increase in employee productivity and a reduction in administrative costs, e.g. those associated with handling paper documents. The implementation of automation also includes mapping GDPR/AML/information security processes and risk analysis. The overall aim is to improve operational efficiency, service quality and the company’s resilience to operational risks and threats associated with security breaches.
Total project cost: PLN 112,914.00
